Legit! This is great place for Hypnotherapy. I did a few sessions with Faith at Brampton Hypnosis to deepen my conviction towards selfcare. I had some old habits which were lingering in my life for years and was finally able to leave them behind. Faith has a wonderfully soothing voice and was able to help me improve on my sleep as well as to maintain a more positive outlook on life. The changes to my overall well being were noticeable after just the first session and I actually stopped my casual smoking habit which had been left over from years of being a full on smoker. Sessions provided powerful transformation immediately felt in my life towards a healthier me. Easy to understand techniques or tools to be resourceful in bettering oneself in not just one area in my life but useful outcomes that remind me that I am working towards a deeper understanding of self.
