I can't say enough good things about Lisa Young.
Working with her has been incredibly helpful, especially during the postpartum period after having my baby. She created such a safe, non-judgmental space where I felt comfortable exploring emotions and thoughts that came up that I honestly wasn't expecting.
She has helped me gently unpack why certain feelings surfaced postpartum and guided me through understanding them instead of feeling overwhelmed or ashamed by them. She never rushed the process and always met me where I was emotionally. I felt truly heard, supported, and validated in every session.
If you're navigating postpartum changes, big life transitions, or just trying to understand yourself better, I highly recommend Lisa Young. She's compassionate, thoughtful, and genuinely cares about helping you move forward in a healthy way. - Rebecca Liu, 5 stars
Started seeing a therapist here and it's the first time i've done in-person therapy ever in my life. It's been life changing. Ever since the pandemic i've only done virtual therapy and in-person is something else. I love my therapist and the staff - the scheduling system, flexability to be able to switch to virtual if you cannot make the drive, all of it is great. The space is also so soothing and relaxing. I really feel like i've found a great center for my mental health. - Claudia Lee, 5 stars
Lisa Young is a wonderful, compassionate therapist who has helped me tremendously in my journey navigating grief, loss, and postpartum depression. She makes me feel safe, cared for and seen. She is also very respectful and supportive of my path and pace. Thank you so much, Lisa. - Taylor Stover, 5 stars
If you are looking for a wonderful option for therapy support, please take the opportunity to work with Caileigh Chadwick of Bloom therapy.
I was fortunate to have great support in my younger years when I tragically lost my father at an early age.
More recently, I felt I needed support as I have been dealing with PTSD from the past and anxiety.
Caileigh is the most genuinely caring, empathetic , and active listening counselor I have ever encountered!! Whether it is our conversation, or the use of EMDR,
She has been a problem solver and beyond wonderful!!! - Henry Pearson, 5 stars
Working with Hayden Rosato over the past two years has truly transformed my life. She has supported me through some of the most significant transitions I've experienced, including pregnancy and becoming a mother. What sets her apart is her genuine care- it's something you can truly feel. With her, I've felt safe enough to explore and heal parts of myself I had never been able to access before. I've worked with several therapists throughout my life, but finding Hayden felt like fate. I can honestly say I wouldn't be experiencing the peace and joy I feel today without her guidance, compassion, and unwavering support. - Kate Young, 5 stars
