I was stuck and just needed someone to talk to who could help me figure out my next step. Found this life coach online and she really helped me sort through everything. She listened without judging and asked the right questions to make me think about stuff I was ignoring. We made a plan together and she held me accountable each week. It wasn’t therapy but it helped me get clear and take action. After just a month I started seeing real changes. Only thing is it’s not cheap but I see it as an investment in myself. Totally worth it. I feel more confident and focused now. If you feel stuck or like you’re just going through the motions I’d highly recommend working with a coach like this.
