Truly grateful for Pam's help and insight. She is gifted and caring, and has had a huge impact on my emotional and spiritual growth. I recommend her to my friends and family. - Bethany Brown, 5 stars
The pandemic has been really hard on me. My business has taken a big hit and my health took a bad turn. All this caused a build up of stress, anxiety and depression that I had never had before and I didn’t know how to deal with. I turned to Pam and that has been a huge help. All the stressors are still there but I am mentally stronger and able to deal with them. Pam’s hypnotherapy techniques have changed the way my body responds to all the added stressors of the time. And I am able to use the techniques daily myself to reinforce her therapies. I recommend Pam to anyone who is having a hard time during this pandemic. I have regained my confidence and resilience and am ready to fix all my personal pandemic induced problems. Thanks Pam, my broken brain is forever grateful. - Ania K, 5 stars
I've been working with Pam for years to optimize the way I feel, function and perform. She is amazing and has literally changed my life and has also helped so many of my friends, family, and patients. Most recently, with the onset of Coivd-19, we shifted our sessions online and though I was skeptical about the fact that we couldn't be in the same room, the results have been just as good. I've been so happy to be able to continue to work with her via her secure telehealth platform, especially during these incredibly stressful times. Based on her work with my patients and family, I've seen her make incredible breakthroughs and improvements on everything from depression and chronic pain, to relationships and golf swings ... seriously, our mind effects and guides everything we do, and she has the ability to help us optimize the way it functions so that anything we want to improve or change is possible! - Jarod Carter, 5 stars
