Several significant things have happened to me in the last few years. The last significant life change made me feel weak, vulnerable, grasping for answers, and the need to change. I recognized myself falling and gravitating towards unhealthy patterns. Tara helped me find the root cause, guided me through hypnotherapy, the power of suggestion, and words of affirmation, to rewire myself (thoughts, feelings and behavior), to not fall victim to my own negative, or unhealthy patterns. Now I'm working on reestablishing the confidence I used to have. Tara created a safe and comfortable space. We had hypnotherapy over zoom. It was really neat how I could feel myself falling into a deeper state and the memory that came through was not what I would have ever guessed.
