Anali is not performing hypnotherapy. She is basically offering counselling. In the initial call no where was it ever discussed that there would be no hypnotherapy and just counselling. It was discussed many times what I was looking for and was made to sign a contract and pay in full. I have never attended hypnotherapy so believed everything she said. Disappointed she will not refund me as I did not get what I paid for as there was still 2 sessions left of the 4. If your looking for hypnotherapy do not use Anali. Update after response: This technique was not discussed properly in the call. You were well aware of what I was looking for and took my money and didn’t follow through. I was abit nervous with my first session with Anali. But she made me feel so comfortable, hlped me understand alot with what was my underlying problems and helped me see that there is a light at the end of this.
