Just one of the kindest humans. I felt blessed to have crossed paths with a wonderful healer like Nancy. She is patient, insightful, and makes space for you to feel heard. I have been able to heal my thoughts, behaviors, and I have found a safe space within myself to where I am embracing a lot of healing. It felt home right when I walked in. I grew up with a belief that hypnosis isn't a credible intervention for solving issues so it was risky for me to initiate working with Nancy as a hypnotist. I checked out Nancy's background and saw her education (Yale), experience (in medicine), and leadership in the hypnosis community (board president) was impressive. Then I met Nancy in-person and was even more impressed. I have incredibly high standards for those I hire and she exceeded all of my expectations. She is fantastically astute and insightful. She helped me make some shifts that I wasn't able to do on my own. She is extraordinarily giving with her time, considering what she charges. Outside of our sessions, Nancy emailed me her advice and also reviewed my issues so she had additional insights the next time I saw her. I had two sessions with Nancy. In the first session, we had a long discussion about my issues. Then she gave me a lot of great written information to help me with my problem, and had me do a daily exercise. Three weeks later I had the second session(the hypnosis session). Nancy incorporated some of the content of my daily exercise into my hypnosis, which made it more specific to me. Her office is really comfortable and it was easy for me to relax during both sessions. I had recently seen Nancy for various challenges in my life. She is very professional and a great listener. She has a open communication and very supportive to her clients. I really enjoyed working with her. She is very detailed oriented and understanding of your situation so she can provide objective advice and help. I had a hypnosist I loved in California and was hoping Nancy would come close to my previous therapist. She did and I found her very professional and knowledgeable. My session was only a few days ago, but I have every confidence it will be effective. What I particularly loved was how willing she was to incorporate my faith into the script.
